Aloha! | Hawaii

What better way to spend a cold, rainy Sunday than writing and reliving my time at the beautiful island of Hawaii!
We stopped here for a few days to break up our journey between the USA and Australia and it was one of the most relaxing, exotic and beautiful places I have ever been. When you think of Hawaii, you think white sands and clear blue sea...well that's exactly what it's like, I constantly had flowers in my hair and on my clothes, to completely embrace it!

Here are some of the stunning views of Waikiki beach, things we done and a small taste of a wonderful island...

Hopefully this gives you a glimpse of how blue the sea was, just WOW!

This big guy was swimming so close to shore, he was gorgeous, it definitley made my trip!

I look back and can't believe I witnessed such amazing beaches on this trip!

I loved the traditional music and dancing, I felt like I was walking around in a movie! We also went to a luau show called the Magic of Polynesia, which had magic, dancing and cocktails what more do you want on a Hawaiian holiday!

Being back at home I look back and it's amazing how many naturally stunning places there are in the world! I can't help but think right now there is someone lying on that beach or watching that show!

I feel so grateful that I had the opportunity to see all these places and if you have a chance go for it, because once your home you realise everything is just the same as when you left except you and how you look at things/ places!

Next up is East Coast Australia! Thank you for reliving this amazing journey with me...

A Little Taste Of Disney Magic!

As you probably all know I am a huge Disney fan and a Disney World holiday has always seemed to squeeze it's way into my plans for quite a few years now, so when we went travelling this year I definitley took the opportunity to grab a little Disney magic when I could!
We decided to visit California Disney Land after LA for a couple of days and it certainly didn't disappoint. Of course Disney World Florida always has a place in my heart and nowhere compares for me but I still had an amazing time and it felt great to see a new park with new rides and shows and of course say hello to my good old friend Mickey Mouse!

Heres some pictures from both Disney Land and California Adventure Park, we had a blast...

No matter where in the world, Disney always feels just like home! We had such a great time I loved the different rides this park had from Cars to Nemo's Submarine, Indiana Jones and shows. They were all so different to other Disney parks I've been too!

It was the best idea to have a couple of days here, to experience a little Disney magic in the middle of our amazing adventure!

Thank you as always Disney, I'm sure we'll see you again soon...

Until next time,

Vegas, San Francisco & LA | West Coast USA

Next up is the West Coast USA, where we seen some of the most amazing sights and tours of the entire trip!
This was definitely the main tourist part of our travels and I loved every minute. I hope these images capture some of the memories we made! I wish there was a way I could have bottled up the atmosphere, feelings and beauty I experienced when standing in front of these unbelievable sights, let's hope one day that will be possible, but for now enjoy...

Viva Las Vegas! - I was blown away by, in all honesty I went with an open mind I have definitely heard a little of everything when talking about Vegas, it seems a place where some people either love or hate, but the majority love!
From the minute of landing in Vegas and seeing our hotel and strip from the runway I was blown away, I couldn't believe how big it was! The hotels get bigger and better but most of all the happy, upbeat and simply loving life atmosphere is what made me love Vegas, there is so much to see and do you could spend forever here and you still wouldn't see everything it has to offer.
We stayed in the Luxor for a few days then Monte Carlo and really enjoyed every minute, we watched JLo perform at Planet Hollywood, had amazing food, went to the casinos, watched the Bellagio fountains and took in that Vegas atmosphere, from passing people getting married to groups partying and overall everyone having a good time!

Vegas I assure you, we will be back...

We also took a trip to the Grand Canyon, the weather wasn't too great until the very end of the day but it didn't stop us from seeing the beauty the canyon has to offer, this trip definitely made me appreciate the many wonders there are in this amazing world.

San Francisco - A cold but wonderful time in this wonderful city. It was unlike any city I have seen in the US, from the old and vintage buildings to the beautiful Golden Gate bridge, it was a homely and historic city that carries so much history. From the cable cars to Alcatraz, there is so much to see and do. We even got the chance to cycle over the Golden Gate bridge to Sausalito which was beautiful and see a baseball game as well as all the iconic sights!

I could definitley spend more time here...

Los Angeles - what a place! From having fun at the Santa Monica pier, walking to Venice beach, seeing the Hollywood sign and the walk of fame and visiting Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive! Hollywood was definitely a place for the stars, it felt like a movie! You walked around wondering, I wonder who lives there? Who owns that car? What movie could be being filmed right now at Paramount Studios? It definitely made you dream about getting your name in one of them stars one day that's for sure, so much talent in one place!

We certainly done a lot in these three places and I look back and can't believe I was standing there! Each place was totally different to the next and not too far away from each other either, you fall in love with each of them all for a completely different reason!

Until next time...

Iconic Sights | USA!

Hellooooo - hope you have had a lovely weekend!
Today I am back with another travel blog this time on some iconic sights we visited on our travels in America, I still look back now and think, wow was this a dream, I still can't quite believe I was standing in these places!
It's really hard to capture the beauty and atmosphere you witness when you visit these places but hopefully I can give you a little idea...

Mount Rushmore - it was so cool standing here and seeing such an amazing sight which I only ever imagined doing!

Devils Tower - this trip made me appreciate nature and the amazing places there is out there to see!

Arches National Park - was like something from a movie! It was so hot and the shapes and colours of the rocks were amazing, I don't know if it was just us but so many rocks resembled animals and shapes it was crazy haha! :)

Yellowstone National Park - This was one of my favourite places out of the entire travels, it was so unbelievably beautiful and unlike any other places I have and maybe will ever visit! I couldn't get over how nature can create these places, from the hot springs to geysers and just the overall surroundings I was honestly blown away!

Red Rocks Amphitheatre - this is the coolest venue I have ever seen, created in the middle of the mountains out of red rock-amazing, I would love to see a concert there one day. Plus Colorado was beautiful I definitely need to see more of the state, from the trees, mountains and winding roads to the hidden little gems like this one, it is such a cool place.

A lot of these places we planned along the way and ended up visiting and we never realised we would but they turned out some of the best places we have ever been too, I can't get over how much we done and seen I could honestly spend all day everyday sharing the amazing experience I had!

Watch out this week for more travel blogs and I hope you enjoy hearing all about them :)
