Our Adventure Begins...

So today is the day
I leave to go travelling for 3 months - I can't believe we are here already, the time has gone so quickly and I feel all sorts of emotions to say the least, this day last year I was graduating and now I am about to leave to go and fulfil one of my dreams.
Going to see the world is something I have always wanted to do, I know there is so much more out there too see and now feels like the perfect time.

I have always been a home girl, the longest I have been out of the country apart from with my family is 1-2 weeks, we are unbelievably close, so saying 'see you soon' has been the most difficult thing to do and it has been such a hard week.

But now that I am set and ready to go, I can't wait to see all these amazing places I'm going to be visiting, I want to take in the beauty of each place, make lots of memories and experience a small section of the world that is out there for us to explore!

Keep a lookout for blogs along the way, I don't know how often I will get to post but I will try my best to keep you up to date and show you a little snippet of my journey along the way!

So let our adventure begin...

Natural Collection Cream Highlight Sticks!

Happy Sunday!
Today I have another little review for you, this time on the NEW Natural Collection cream highlight sticks! Natural Collection have recently brought out a new range of products which all look fabulous - especially these highlights, I just had to get them all and with everything being £1.99 how can you resist!?

First off the packaging is just the simple white natural collection packaging which I think looks pretty good, nothing fancy just small and compact! Plus the three shades are very different from one another but all such beautiful colours...

(1) Coral Glow
The first shade is a beautiful coral with a golden highlight throughout and definitely my favourite! It has the perfect amount of colour and shimmer all wrapped into one and is going to be my go to blush for travelling, a highlight and blush all in one if perfect for the summer!

(2) Rose Glow
Next is a lovely cooler toned highlight which I think is perfect for a paler skin tone or for a highlight under the brow!

(3) Copper Glow
Next is the bronze toned highlight which is gorgeous for the summer, when you have a nice tan and want a warmer makeup look - whether you want to use it on it's own or on top of your bronze it is lovely!

From left to right: Copper glow, Rose Glow, Coral Glow

The colours that Natural Collection have brought out are perfect, they have a highlight for everyone and although I normally prefer a powder highlight, I have to say I have been loving these creams, the formula is lovely and spreads evenly over the skin. The range is so affordable especially for those who don't really wear make-up or want to try new products out or just simply can't afford higher priced items and don't want to spend a lot on beauty products - this brand is great!

I have also used the Natural Collection mascaras and find them pretty good, so I will definitely be trying out more in the future!

The Perfect Coral Lips!

Hello everyone! Hope your having a great weekend!
Today I am sharing with you my favourite coral lipsticks - nothing beats a coral lip in the summer and these have been my go to shades which I have been loving...

First we have Revlon's Matte Lipstick in Smoked Peach paired with Seventeens Lip Lustre Gloss in Talk That Talk!

This is definitely a softer peachy shade of coral and is perfect for those of you who love a nude lip but want to add a little colour for the summer, without using a bright shade of orange.

It looks lovely and natural on the lip - the lipstick on it's own is lovely, especially if you like a matte lip and prefer more of a peach to a coral, but I love the look of the two shades together it gives me the perfect natural coral.

Next we have a MAC Creme Sheen Lipstick in Ravishing paired with a No7 Lipgloss in Tangerine Twist!

I love this MAC lipstick I think it's the perfect shade of coral and gives a beautiful sheen on the lips but with a coral I love to add a gloss, I think it makes the colour softer and looks great with a golden sun kissed make-up look! So this No7 gloss goes perfectly, it has a lovely orange undertone and is so shiny without feel sticky on the lips.

So there you have it - my go to coral lips! There is nothing I love more than a good bronze and highlight in the summer paired with a coral lip, it looks so fresh and effortless and looks great day or night!
I think these product are going to be a statement in my make-up bag again this year!

What is your favourite coral lip? Let me know! :)
