The Big Cities - East Coast! Travel Diaries

By Unknown - 11:53:00

Hello, from Australia!
Sorry I haven't been on here for what feels like forever. I thought I would have all the time in the world when travelling to be putting up blog posts, but I have never felt so busy!
For the past 6 weeks (even though it feels 6 months) I've been travelling from one side of the USA to the other and I can't put into words how amazing it is! It has been an unbelievable experience from seeing cities, national parks, beaches and more!

We have visited so many states it would take forever and way to many words to put into a blog post so I thought I would put them together in little sections.

In part one of my travel diaries I thought I'd share with you three of the big cities, New York, Philadelphia, Washington D. C.
I hope you like it...

New York City - was just as amazing as last year! The sights and feeling of the city is unlike anywhere in the world. I love the hustle and bustle feeling to the calm and beautiful views of central park! We didn't stay here too long but managed to see Matilda the musical, visit the top of the rock and take in the beauty the city has to offer! I'm sure it won't be the last time I visit...

Next up was Philadelphia! So many iconic sights were here from Love Park, Rocky Statue and the Famous Steps. It was great to stand on those steps and take it all in! Then of course there was Reading Terminal Market which was amazing and home to the most delicious Philly cheesesteak, which we have been dreaming about ever since! Philly you certainly didn't disappoint!

We then got to Washington D. C - home of the most beautiful buildings and sights. I loved every minute of sightseeing from going to the White House and seeing President Obama leave with his entourage, walking around Lincoln memorial and the Washington zoo, too seeing so many places I only thought I would see on TV! This was one amazing city.

These cities were a pleasure to visit, it seems like so long ago looking back at my photos from the beginning. I still can't believe I have had the opportunity to travel to these amazing places our world has to offer!

Watch out for my next post, to find out what other states I have visited :)

Now it's time to start my next adventure in the wonderful Australia...
