Vegas, San Francisco & LA | West Coast USA

Next up is the West Coast USA, where we seen some of the most amazing sights and tours of the entire trip!
This was definitely the main tourist part of our travels and I loved every minute. I hope these images capture some of the memories we made! I wish there was a way I could have bottled up the atmosphere, feelings and beauty I experienced when standing in front of these unbelievable sights, let's hope one day that will be possible, but for now enjoy...

Viva Las Vegas! - I was blown away by, in all honesty I went with an open mind I have definitely heard a little of everything when talking about Vegas, it seems a place where some people either love or hate, but the majority love!
From the minute of landing in Vegas and seeing our hotel and strip from the runway I was blown away, I couldn't believe how big it was! The hotels get bigger and better but most of all the happy, upbeat and simply loving life atmosphere is what made me love Vegas, there is so much to see and do you could spend forever here and you still wouldn't see everything it has to offer.
We stayed in the Luxor for a few days then Monte Carlo and really enjoyed every minute, we watched JLo perform at Planet Hollywood, had amazing food, went to the casinos, watched the Bellagio fountains and took in that Vegas atmosphere, from passing people getting married to groups partying and overall everyone having a good time!

Vegas I assure you, we will be back...

We also took a trip to the Grand Canyon, the weather wasn't too great until the very end of the day but it didn't stop us from seeing the beauty the canyon has to offer, this trip definitely made me appreciate the many wonders there are in this amazing world.

San Francisco - A cold but wonderful time in this wonderful city. It was unlike any city I have seen in the US, from the old and vintage buildings to the beautiful Golden Gate bridge, it was a homely and historic city that carries so much history. From the cable cars to Alcatraz, there is so much to see and do. We even got the chance to cycle over the Golden Gate bridge to Sausalito which was beautiful and see a baseball game as well as all the iconic sights!

I could definitley spend more time here...

Los Angeles - what a place! From having fun at the Santa Monica pier, walking to Venice beach, seeing the Hollywood sign and the walk of fame and visiting Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive! Hollywood was definitely a place for the stars, it felt like a movie! You walked around wondering, I wonder who lives there? Who owns that car? What movie could be being filmed right now at Paramount Studios? It definitely made you dream about getting your name in one of them stars one day that's for sure, so much talent in one place!

We certainly done a lot in these three places and I look back and can't believe I was standing there! Each place was totally different to the next and not too far away from each other either, you fall in love with each of them all for a completely different reason!

Until next time...

Iconic Sights | USA!

Hellooooo - hope you have had a lovely weekend!
Today I am back with another travel blog this time on some iconic sights we visited on our travels in America, I still look back now and think, wow was this a dream, I still can't quite believe I was standing in these places!
It's really hard to capture the beauty and atmosphere you witness when you visit these places but hopefully I can give you a little idea...

Mount Rushmore - it was so cool standing here and seeing such an amazing sight which I only ever imagined doing!

Devils Tower - this trip made me appreciate nature and the amazing places there is out there to see!

Arches National Park - was like something from a movie! It was so hot and the shapes and colours of the rocks were amazing, I don't know if it was just us but so many rocks resembled animals and shapes it was crazy haha! :)

Yellowstone National Park - This was one of my favourite places out of the entire travels, it was so unbelievably beautiful and unlike any other places I have and maybe will ever visit! I couldn't get over how nature can create these places, from the hot springs to geysers and just the overall surroundings I was honestly blown away!

Red Rocks Amphitheatre - this is the coolest venue I have ever seen, created in the middle of the mountains out of red rock-amazing, I would love to see a concert there one day. Plus Colorado was beautiful I definitely need to see more of the state, from the trees, mountains and winding roads to the hidden little gems like this one, it is such a cool place.

A lot of these places we planned along the way and ended up visiting and we never realised we would but they turned out some of the best places we have ever been too, I can't get over how much we done and seen I could honestly spend all day everyday sharing the amazing experience I had!

Watch out this week for more travel blogs and I hope you enjoy hearing all about them :)

The Home of Country Music | Nashville

Hello and Happy Sunday! Since coming back, life has been so busy and time has gone so quickly!
I was wondering what to post from my travels and I thought I would just give a run down on some of the main places, we visited so many unbelievable places (check out my social media links to see all the pictures!) but I thought I would share just a few, otherwise I could go on forever!

Obviously I had to include the home of country music all on it's own, one of my favourite places which I will definitely return too, the wonderful Nashville!

We both love country music so much so we knew this was a must stop on our travels and it did not disappoint. I loved every second not only the amount of amazing talent there was on every corner but the feels of the place and lovely places and sights there was to see.

The Grand Ole Opry was so special, to be sitting watching amazing artists play my favourite music was surreal, so of course we had to go back for a second time during our stay, seeing multiple acts on the night and experiencing new music by different artists was so good!

If you watch the show Nashville you'll know Bluebird Cafe is a really big deal & yep, I can certainly see why. We waited 4 hours to get into the songwriters night and it was worth standing out in that boiling hot sun for any day. It is hard to describe the feel of the place, it was so small and intimate that the atmosphere was amazing, we ate, drank and heard some of the most the most amazing talent!
My dream is definitely to play here one day...

All the bars and shops were really fun to look around especially on broadway and let's just say Nashville loves a good Honky Tonk!

If you go to Nashville, eat here! The best fried chicken and it is worth the wait!

We done loads of sights from Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame and the bus tours, we were the ultimate tourists!

I absolutely loved Nashville, I can definitely see why musicians what to up and move here to follow their dreams, it's like music heaven.

Thank you for an amazing visit Nashville, until next time....
